The fun thing about Polar bears: generally it's hard to convince them that the hunting is not going the other way.
In general, Grizzly bears seem to think we're not all that good eating -- though Right Guard, Irish Spring, and, allegedly, cayenne pepper spray provide helpful seasoning.  Polar bears seem to have far fewer dietary quibbles.  If it moves and is above freezing, it's probably good food.
There was something I saw a while ago about Polar Bears figuring out that oil rig crew hatches functioned in much the same way as seal breathing holes -- every once in a while some nice warm protein pops out.
