Heh.  A friend of mine is in this same situation.
His wife is from Thailand.  They had 2 wedddings in Thailand - one traditional Buddhist ceremony in the hill country where here father is from and a "western" wedding (which is really a Thai take on the western traditions and a bit... off compared to what we normally think of as a wedding).  Then once the immigration paperwork was done in the US, they immediately signed a marriage certificate.  Later that was followed by a traditional wedding.
So, only 2 countries, but 4 weddings following 4 different cultural traditions (Buddhist, Thai-western, courthouse-steps, Episcopal).
Of course, not only do they not forget the dates to any of them, we've accused them of adding made-up dates to use as excuses.  "Um... no, we can't go because... er... it's our wedding anniversary... yeah... which one?... oh, the third one..."
That makes ours seem positively normal! We signed the legal documents the day before the ceremony, although we did a Buddist blessing a few days before the ceremony (why does a culture that spends so much time kneeling down, not invent the rug or carpet?), but had the engagement ceremony the morning of the wedding, and had a 'modern' event. So, we have an anniversary weekend... or two days mid-week. We got our documents translated, so we didnt need to go through the entire thing again over here.
