Interesting list Honda (BTW, I think you may still have problems - by my count, you are loading up 7x Rhino sized AVs onto the LC, which only takes 6x max, and the Strike Cruiser can only take 20x units, but you have 24

).
However, in principle you are dropping at least three formations into the teeth of the enemy with air support, having teleported the termies in first, right!?
It actually brings up the one thing missing from this discussion - what strategy to follow. This list is a fine example of an 'all-or-nothing' air drop army that is reliant on terrain, tactics and good local firepower to overcome a reasonable part of the opposing army through 'Shock and Awe'. A complete lack of air cover and AA is a bit of a gamble, depending on what opponents have. Other variants to this approach leave a token ground force to occupy the opposing troops or even to pin them while the airborne force clobbers a flank.
Actually, this is why I really like the Marines list, because there is so much variety in how it can be used - Matt O even won a tourney last year using a list that included the much maligned Predators (which is also worth a gander)
