My wife's reply would go something like this...

Sure Honey, and if those guys know what is good for them, they will like what I like.

Hang in there Master. It will come to an end and you will move in, and you will become settled and happy.  :;):

Trust me, I went through the house thing while finishing my Masters, having the first child born, and working full time. Fun times to be had by all.  :L

I view this house as more of a "cash cow". In the area it is in is a hot realt estate zone. In a few years I can get as much as 100k over its current value. So its more of an investment than a home I'll live forever in.

House prices are an interesting thing. We've lived in our current one for two years. They just built another one exactly like it nearby (= within 100 meters) . The price was some 30k EUR higher than what we paid two years back. Go figure.  :L

In the UK in some places we have seen house prices double, even where I live houses have risen in price 60% in less than three years.

Ha - the price of our house has gone up by around 400% in 10 years - I'm guessing I'll never have enough $$$ to move again. I'm happy where I live, but it's a bit noisy, and NO GAMES ROOM! :(

Hi!

Well, hopefully this will be the third and final time.

Quite frankly I have ceased to care where I buy it as long as there is "peace" in primarchland.....  :;):

Hi!

Indeed it is.

In PR real estate is big business. There has NEVER been eras of negative equity in the islands history. According to a recent newspaper article, in my area, I can expect yearly increases to the house value as high as 10%. Not bad.

Hi!

The newer house has a "veranda" which can be extended and serve as a game room. So its all good....  :;):
