I'm sure you can, but who said the admission charge has to be monetary? Admission could be something like playing you in a game of epic.

Hi!

The offer for the house was accepted!

I also got the owner to pay for 40% of my closing costs (far be it from me to not get something out of any deal... :;): ).

So its between the bank and the owner now, since all my paperwork is in.

Perhaps soon there WILL be a primarchland! :D
