Hmm - any recommendations for painting Boar Boyz, now I've finally gottena round to undercoating the 12 stands?

Also, my Mekboy Gargant Supa-Stompa just had its trip to the sandpit, along with 4 more Stompas, and some more Ork Gunwagon-equivalents (forgotten the name)

I use washes for my Boarz. Spray basecoat white and then use different coloured washes to get various colours of fur. Snakebite leather, black or grey. there's lots of possibilities.
Once the wash is dry paint the ears and snout of the boar flesh colour and the tusks white. Then you can proceed too paint the rider whatever colours take your fancy.

Legion:  Yeah, there will be 4 or 5 new releases for FO, a total of 6 iirc, but I'm hoping for 7.

New, definite:
Junkatrukks
Squig Catapults
Orkeosaurus
Steam Gargant (a box, I'm sure)

Older:
Squiggoths
Boarz (newly in metal)

Hoping for:
Madboyz/Wyrdboyz

I think there's a pack of madboyz/wildboyz. From what I could tell from the Swordwind pics there's some new boyz wearing furs and some with poity hats...

Cheers! :)

*Sigh*

Shame I'd undercoated them black, really.....

That sounds a great method.

I have never been happy with my black undercoated models.

A very long distance photograph.

These were black and then drybrushed brown, but was never happy.

I think I will try the wash method when I get some of the metal models.
