5K EA Battle Report

Certainly different to our terrain. We group the ruins/roads/buildings togther to make large city/industrial areas, with clearer areas/hills/woods etc around the outside.

I need to get more imaginative though with parks, plazas and built up hills.

Well I'm sorry to hear that Mojarn ! :(  But don't call me "preciousss" ...  it creeps me out ! :blush:  :;):  And Chris, we like the E40K terrain generation system. It is very good ... even if you don't follow it completely, (we don't) it give you a lot of ideas !  Including giant mushrooms, that I'm still working on !    :laugh:

And I like the amount of terrain that you have, looks about right to me though I will say it's definitly a 'city fight' layout, with lots of straight lines and block format, perhaps that's what is putting people off.

Location: First star to the right, and straight on till morning.
mmmmm...sweet reports!  Our terrain tends to follow the army types, since we lay out terrain taking turns.  The Close combat type armies tend to clutter the board with as much terrain as possible, and the shooty armies try to have clear fields of fire.  Works for the most part.  :)
