Nice word filter. Don't see the word "peeved" often enough these days.

Quote (MaksimSmelchak @ 21 2005 Mar.,18:54) | And speaking of E-A Nids, I justed posted my new E-A Nid playtest list here on my personal post and at the E-A Official Playtest Forums.
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak. | Hi Maksim
Found it hard to keep up with the flurry of posts on Nids Playtest Section of SG Epic Forums as I am mostly following the AMTL list at the moment.
From what I could see though you are already up to version 5.30 in no time at all. When do you think the Nid list will start to settle down with changes every few weeks rather than on daily basis?
When that happens I'll ask you to forward me a copy of the list in Word format so that my friends and I can try to playtest.
Cheers
James

Hi James,
I think that v5.30 will probably be around for awhile.
Send me your E-mail and I'll add you to the mailing list.
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

Just did a quick run through of points of my potential Nid army, ignoring anything fancy. I have way too many Synapse Creatures (3 apeice of Dominatrix and Harridan and about 6 Hive Tyrants), too few Gaunts/Gargoyles (about 8 & 3 stands respectively) and a bucket load of Uncommon broods (I have at least 6 of each of the 5 tank types and quite a few Carnifex and Biovores).
I am going to have to quite a bit of trading to get enough Gaunts and Gargoyles to field a legal 3,000 points Nid Army. Or get a load of the 28mm Rippers to use as Raveners.
Cheers
James

Just had a text from a mate who's one of the Trolls over at GW HQ:
"Oh my F**KING GOD. Just clapped eyes on the new Carnifex. It's bigger than a f**king Leman Russ. Must. Not. Want. Tyranid. Army. *dribble*"
Meheheheh. I really don't need to start another army...

Hi James,
1) Why is the artillery piece called the Expectorator? Is that a new name? Is this something in the new 40k Nid Codex? |
It is something new. Maybe...
2) How come the Nid Bio-titans have been renamed? Instead of the Heirodule and Heirophant we now have the Heirophant and Htdraphant. |
That's GW hoo-ha. The fans would prefer it stayed consistent, but that's another story.
3) How come so few Nid Tanks?
I notice that Trygons counts as Heirodule, Malefactors counts as Haruspex, and both Exocrine and Dactylis count as Expectorator.
That's Jervis's decision based on the 40k comittee. I would rather have more variety.
Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.
