well they look better but apart from paying more what is the difference? I still have the old old flip tops and they are fine with the exception of the paint needing to be dug out of the lid to close it properly!! The latest ones I have seem ok but the paint builds up at the lip and requires scraping away as well. Hopefully unlike the old flip tops the paint lasts a little longer and can be shut better without digging old dried paint out

I'm not worried. I don't plan to support GW outside of the new Epic figures.
Vallejo paint is much better with more secure bottles. Same colours and better viscosity too!

The new lids are made of a softer plastic which means there will (hopefully) be a better seal between the pot and the lid, helping to prevent drying.
Personally, I'll believe it when I see it.......

They do look to be better... But I guess we will have to wait and see, and as I have almost the whole range of GW paints, I won't be needing to replace many of them for a while anyway...

Hi!
I agree with Maksim and Signius, with Vallejo around there is no need to use GW paints.

What would be nice is for GW to sell the new lid type in bags of 20 or so, so us people with the old (badly sealing) sorts can replace them to lengthen the lives of our paints....
Is that too much to hope for though....
