Right i have got my finger out of my @55 and sorted myself out some webspace and gotten round to putting together the simplest web page ever.
And here it is.
Now that i have got webspace and have worked out how to upload to it i might even get round to that website i have been meaning to build for maybe 3 years ?
Then again there is a mountain of models to paint here.
The 'in progress' pictures of the conversion are actually a bit poo as they dont show any progress. I cant find the pics i took of the completed conversion. However all there is extra is a bit of sculpting work (well for me and at this scale a fair chunk of sculpting) and the addition of the spikes.
(Edit) Here is a quick description: The model is a chaos terminator. The claw is actually the termies power fist with the fingers removed and plasti card claws added. Mounted on the back of the claw is the combi bolter with the ammo belt hanging from the side.
The left hand is a chaos trolls fist and a shaped piece of sprue to make the arm. The sholder pad positions have been modified slightly to get the pose.
The deamon sword is the chaos lords sword with the helmet horns from the same model used to form the hilt (right word?). Then a face was sculpted on to the sword hilt.
The head is from a space marine apothecarie, and the head crest is a banner top.
The tabbard is from a Tzeentch disc rider model, alot of rebuilding of the legs took place with brown stuff, and attempts at sculpting were done on the knees, right sholder pad, head crest hair, and belt/torso.
The spikes are brass rod topped with the spikes from the top of the chaos terminators. The two heads are a tyranid head and a sentinel driver helmet (although its painted as a marine helmet).
The reaper autocannons are just two brass rod lenghts stuck into a piece of sprue with another smaller piece forming the muzzle. A harlequin sword is mounted underneath the muzzles and arectangle of plasticard mounted on the rear of the gun as an ammo hopper.

LMAO yes photography is not my strong point. Its not the distance its the pressing of the button. i need to get a tripod or something solid to rest the camera on.
However i shall try to get a decent photo.
Just be glad i havent missed his head off or something daft like that. Its what i tend to do with real life photos.
Sorry about the pics

The level of quality displayed onthis board keeps on rising & I get more & more friends under the "insanity" title.
Love it - superb work & another great piece of inspiration from EpiComms
