Well done Stormy, after seeing the pegasus how could WE doubt your abilities, nice to know that others recognise them too.

I spent some time sticking some 40K Orks together. Using bits from the WHFB Orc Warriors sprue as well.

I also converted an Ork to carry a Rokkit Launcha, using a Shoota and sticking a metal grenade (from the Stormboyz set) in the end, making it look very much like a panzerfaust.

Congrats Storm!

Due to some re-shuffleing with classes at school I had the day off. Spent the better part of last night playing Poker and Blackjack while consuming a considerable ammount of pretzels and beer. When I recovered today I continued work on my Gargant Big Mob. Started detailing most of the gargants except the Mega Gargant which needs a bit more work.

Here's a quick WIP pic of  the lot.

Cheers!  :)

Space Marine vessels, again painted in the Mentor Legion colour scheme.

I'm mildly impressed with myself - going by my painting diary, I've painted 16 BFG vessels and 22 Epic stands. Of those 16 BFG ships, only 10 are escorts, too.....

I am about halfway through an excellent biography of General George S. Patton US Army,  titled "A Genius for War".

Enthralling and very well written so far - Very highly recommended.:)

Wow, Dysartes, can't decide what's more impressive - the models or the rate you produce them. I'd say you and Warmaster Nice must have discovered flexitime - 1 second = 1 month, at least. :D

I agree on both points.

I propose amotion that in all future BFG painting comps both Dysartes and WarmasterNice have to paint single handed, preferably with their "wrong" hand. It is the only way us mere mortals will ever have a chance of keeping up with them.

Nice painting- those FW SM Escorts look SO much better than the SG offerings- although I have bought some of both just to be on the safe side.

Cheers

James

:D

Just got to fix an aerial, and I'll have finished my 40k Griffon, as well - GW model, not FW, though.
