Superb! Ace model Kr00za, really nice scaled replica of the gargant, packed with detail...
It will be really spectacuar with a nice paintjob!

Heres an update on my Gargant.
Im hoping to have it all finished by the summer.
Still heaps to do to it but its getting there
It's based on the Epic Ork Gargant and stands 14" tall.
Here it is next to my WarTrukk.

Excellent stuff, looking forward to seeing it finished.

Krooza scores again!   Sometimes I think I would like to turn up for a 40k game with one of those just for the sheer insanity of it all :D

Kr00za, you've done the impossible and made the "box" Gargant look good. The whole model is unbelievable but you've outdone yourself with the weapons. You should really consider a career in making "masters" for models.  :O

Well, yesterday I have finally sent the game package to Abandonia. I think they'll enjoy the effort that went into it.

My discman finally broke down. A few weeks back it fell to the floor and damaged the security switch (you know, the one that does not allow you to run it with the lid open), and now the results of my temporary "repair" have finally worn off. Guess it's time to dig out the soldering iron...

I have to say that I am in awe of all the skill for larger scale modelling which has been shown around here lately.
I may be pretty good at the small fiddly stuff, but when it comes to things like ground - to - orbit transporters & 40K scale gargants, you guys are way outta my league.

Love seeing your work, one & all, Keep it up!

Me? I'm still painting Brets... Lots & lots of Brets! Playing Flames of War too & am working on painting up a few of my extra infantry in every spare moment between commissions & other commitments. There's just so many Soviets in a decent sized army!

Finished the Cobras - the Griffon tracks are still drying from a black wash before I attach them to the tank.

Original / main fleet colour scheme:

Final view of Cobras

And finally, and slightly worryingly, the state of my painting desk

Nice ships - as usual - Dysartes. You paint next to a curtain? I'd have it spotted all over in technicolour in the time it takes to drybrush an Epic-scale Squat!

Not tricky to keep the curtain clean, especially when you consider I paint in the area where the Cobras are being photographed.

On the desk & undercoated, ready for work, or which I have satrted to paint:

- 6 Gladius class Frigates
- 1 Leman Russ Exterminator
- 2 Cadian Heavy Weapons Teams (both Mortars)
- 1 Arbites Punisher Strike Cruiser
- Some Steel Legion blokes
- 1 40k-scale strech of sandbags
- 9 Skeleton Archers
- 6 stands of Tactical Marines (not in the pic)
