Congrats to darkone who got the Psi. It's nice to know there are at least two people crazier than me (you and epicollector)
Back to hoping GW will reopen its Epic archive.... anyone else noticed how this is the one game to get the short end of the stick? WFB and WH40K have their archives online... ok, so those are the big two. But looking at the seven SG games: three (BFG, Warmaster, Inquisitor) do not even need an archive since all their minis are still available. Three (Mordheim, Necromunda and Blood Bowl) have their own archive section in the US online store. And Epic, the ONE game which would need it the most, having such a critical shortage in its curent range, is the only one without anything.
I wonder why GW hates us epic players so much...

Ouch. Well, you probably belong to the only group which is in a worse shape, then. But while I can understand why they don't sell MOW miniatures anymore (all the game is completely OOP), there's no such easy explanation for Epic, which IS in production, after all.

Madness....
although on a happier note, after all my bitching about the porr quality of GD Oz, I just got a $60 gift voucher from the Customer Manager who also thanked me for my detailed (and frank) feedback.
Sadly though. its only redeemable in Australia so I cant get any epic with it!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

...Unless of course you find someone in Europe or America willing to trade 40k or WHFB for Epic. ...The shipping might eat up a considerable ammount of the cheque thoough
Cheers!

Is there a link to this fabled Psi-Titan? I would lke to see the auction so that I can can 'accidently' leave it somewhere that the g/f can see it!
While I dont ever bid my maximum in one go, I do incrementally bid until I am not prepared to pay any more. And, I try really hard not to snipe at the last minute, although anyone who tries that on an auction that I am currently winning will get the same treatment. Also, if I am winning an auction, I will up my bid at the last minute to make sure that I secure it.
It works OK, I recently wona few items including this:

Mazel Tov, Darkone!
The auction left my realm and my family had an emergency that kept me from the computer regardless.
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

sorry about that Magnus, I was contemplating it when Epicollector bid 10 mins before end and I didnt see you reply to the bid. I nearly lost the auction playing Battle for middle Earth.
A little high on price but to be honest most really oop bits do end up that price. I have 40k stuff that ranges from 40 pounds to 90 pounds. Some bargains are made elsewhere to make up for the slightly expensive deals.

Hey no problem on that, both you and Epicollector clearly wanted the Psi more than me
To be honest I'm almost glad I lost on that one, I really can't justify paying so many $$$ on one piece, especially in my current situation. Who knows, maybe GW will offer some time-limited epic archive deal sooner or later; after all, I'd think those moulds are basically new.
In any case I'll keep an eye on Ebay, it may take a long time but sooner or later another Psi will end up for auction. That one will probably go to Epicollector, so the next should be the one for me

Ouch- and I thought I was prepared to spend money onEpic. Shows what a beginner I really am in Epic terms.
Commiserations to Magnus for narrowly missing out.
Congrtaulations to Doug for narrowly winning!
Cheers

Oh well, at least it stayed in the family.
