Nice! :D  GW can still surprise us positively every now and then.

The Sentinel is a really nice little model. You don't really need to do a whole lot of conversion to make your squadron look nice. A mere twost at the waist can be enough to change it's appearance. Still, I can't wait to see what you come up with :;):

Cheers! :)

The Stormtroopers I got were very nice.

Looking at the Siege Infantry HQ sprue, you get:
- 1 Standard Barer,
- 1 Commissar,
- 1 Commander,
- 1 Radioman and
- 2 Psykers? ?

Is that how you guys see it? :) ?

And I got Fanatic #4 with the Siege Army data too.

Did anyone notice that they said Sapper models will be released in 12-18 months?! ?

- Did anyone else find that disturbing?! ?

And I talked to G/W US, the last issue of Fanatic will be #10. And they are working on how to compensate guys like me whose sub goes to #15?!

Hmmm... Firepower, Epic Mag and now Fanatic... going the way of the buffalo... ??? ?

Overall not good signs for Epic... enjoy things while we can...

One member of the Vault boards called MO and was told that it would not exist after issue 10. However, as far as I am concerned, this is still unconfirmed.

A Memo has gone out to GW stores saying 10 will be the last.

HOWEVER, whilst this sounds official I still think someone is jumping the gun as I have been asked to hurry a Mordheim commission for the studio since the models are needed for a photoshoot for the cover of issue 12.

Something doesnt add up......???

Tuffskull> There has been talk about Fanatic becoming an e-zine when it stops being published, so maybe its for the cover of that?

They'd better, or I'll personally put Warp-Crazed Snotlings into the pants of all of GW's marketing and high management buffoons.   Pete Haines will also receive a few  as a bonus since I'm at it.

I absoluetely HATE to be right.  :blues:

Hi all, I may not have found (yet) the fabled big epic collection which could be for sale - but I found someone with an Ork horde who is willing to play a game of Epic! At last!

He's also the local 40K champion (!) and a very nice chap too -I've known him for years and never knew about his closet horde! I'll invite him here to get him really hooked - and try to get my SMs painted! :D :D :D :D

This is great news. I am very happy for you.

You will have to let us know how the games go.

Received in a package with some of my latest ebay hits.

I am reorganizing my IG troops because I now have two companies of troops transported in Termites. :D

I am going to have the vehicles and troops painted together as a set and treat then as a special Assault formation in my personal TO@E. :p

Just got one of those lovely brown boxes in the mail yesterday.
It contained a bunch of fleet reinforcements for my Chaos and Impperial BFG Fleets and also the Siegemasters Ragnarok tanks. Lovely models I must say.

However all wwas not well (as usual...) Upon opening the box I discovered that the Despoiler Battleship was missing one of the side aerials and one of the plastic cruisers was slightly warped (Well it WAS a chaos ship after all....).

Mailed the Trolls so I hope they'll send me some replacements. It's getting a bit annoying that I have to go through this every singgle time I make an order. ???

Cheers! :)

I wondered about these guys. Are they the old 'eggs on legs', or the newer walking boxes? I really like the newer 40K Sentinels and dont like the original versions, so if the old round Sentinels are still in production then I will need to look around or make my own.

CS> They're the newer boxes on legs; my only issue is I cannae tell if the weapon is a multilaser or lascannon. I'm painting my first 4 now, as well as 2 stands of infantry, to test out my paint scheme :)

Got my Gray Knights, yesterday! Land Raiders, D/noughts, SMs and Terminators. All nice, only 2 weapons had to be repaired.

Which brings me something I said before about the F/W Eldar models, some of this stuff is almost too delicate for serious gaming!? But I'll deal with it... as usual! :;):

Not just the Eldar. I have always thought that if you were leanig toward basing your vehicles, FW would push you over the edge.

I have poped a few gund off my Leman Russ tanks by accedent. They are brittle and not strong at all.
