EDIT: As promised, here's the pic of the painted 'uns I got from dafrca. They are painted quite nicely, don't you think? The (unfinished) Land Train in the background is the only model I painted myself.

UPDATE: I am proud to announce that the Land Train "Thunder Hammer" finally joined the ranks of my proud warriors yesterday. Pics in the briefcase as usual.
I am actually quite pleased with the result although painting all those runes was not much fun at all.
Total (painted) army size: 8300 points.

Hi Mojarn, I'll bet you're right about the runes - what I'd do for a few transfer sheets of runes and stuff. Sighs! But it's a grand job you did! PS re flying bases - sorry for the delay, messy week - will send asap.
