Stilll working on "Da Projikt" (ok, now I've revealed it's Orky nature...) The main Green Stuff Work is done. Now to time a bunch of string and build a bunch of armour plating... I was thinking of doing an article for Imcoming about this so maybe I'll not enter it into the Painting comp anyway. (As if I hadn't allready overrepresented myself enough there yet :p )

I also began work on a squadron of Nurgle Land Raiders. Lots of Green stuff again. I've replaced the lascannon sponsons with nice crude cannons (more Nurgle IMO), added daemonic faces, tentacles, and even replaced the tracks on one of the tanks with a pair og giant slugs! It's probably a bit difficult to imagine how it will all work out decause the paint job will play an improtant part in the final result so no pics yet.

Cheers! :)

Painting the oasis piece. Snot Green proved to be too mild a highlight to give me the rich, bright green I had in mind. :( Fortunately, a 50/50 mix with Sunburst Yellow did. :)

However, the temperature is dropping and if we won't get the heating back working at home we'll be in some serious trouble - it's pretty hard to paint when your hands are shaking from the cold, and the temperature at home could drop to something like, err... -5 degrees C. :(

Congratulations 5th :D
Perhaps a silly question but exactly what is Army Champion? Does it mean that you'll get to do those army lists?

Tas: Lovely stuff!

I built a second Sleipner class Escort Carrier and remodeled the Slaanesh Titan's Warp Woofer. Also did a few other details which means that the model is now more or less ready for a paint job.
Work is also continuing on Da Projikt and the Nurgle Land Raiders.

Cheers! :)

Hi,

Well done T5H. Along with a few other familiar names in the list, we can be sure that the lists are in good hands. :)

Cheers,
Freshmetal

Army Champions are people who will file through the comments, opinions and suggestions made on each of the playtest army lists and present JJ with a clean, neat summary of suggested changes.

Oh, and I just got 100 PLN pocket money from my mom (equivalent of 25-30 $ or about 12 Ł). Seems I'll be able to buy the Pin Vice I need for the Callidus conversion.

I must have been one of the names that made you wince. Don't worry I am going to try real hard.  :p

Serious, the best part will be that the Champ does everything up front and in the open. No funny business.

And what a great job you did. They looked good and all.  :D

In fact, the only thing I could not see was a point total for the IG.  :;):

In any case, great work there.
