Holy S... I just checked out your link Jimbo. Thought the models are really cool their prices are even nuttier that those of Forge World! I mean seriously: You could buy a decent used car for that ammount of money! ...Hmmm...tank... car...tank...car...tank...car...tank...
Cheers!

So I guess the Battle of the five armies game is warmaster for lord of the rings.
Is that correct?

I have just added a load of pictures, thanks to stormseer, to the Library section of this very site. Enjoy!

Well, to say the truth you lot look quite far different then what I have expected. Ah, well, I think I look different then what you expect too...
The Marine character pack is SOME goodness! From what I see it contains regular, JP, Bike and Terminator characters! Woo!

Hi all,
I know this is probably a rather egotistical request, but did anyone get any shots of my Golden demon entry (especially when it was shown onthe big screen)?
I didnt realise it was put up there on the day (too busy quaking in my boots by the stage....), but just saw Stormseer's shot with the GD logo through the middle of the pic in the Epic40k.co.uk library.
I would be gratefull if anyone could forward me any pics they took since it got slightly chipped & damaged on the way home & whilst I'll obviously make repairs, it wont quite be the same!

Hi,
The character pack does actually seem to have been better thought out than I had feared. I was worried it could've just been the old sprue repackaged with nothing new.
I'll be interested to see how many LOTR players make the transition to BO5A when it comes out. With no movie backup it might struggle. But then again, if it all comes in one box, SG should be able to draw people in.
Cheers, Freshmetal

Sorry I didn't get a better one of your entry up on the big screen Tuff! - I was frantically trying to get the autofocus to work, but it really didn't like it...

Quote (Chris @ 03 2004 Oct.,20:11) | I don't think Paul will mind if I announce this, but he won the best of show for the Fanatic Studio in the Golden Daemon with his Space Wolves...
Here he is with Jervis and the Award. Nice one Tuff! |
May be a bit slow on reading thread but congrats nonetheless!!
