Quote (Jimbo @ 07 2004 Sep.,14:18) | Just a warning about Cafepress, if you are going to import the stuff into the UK, be prepared to pay very heavy duty charge from the Customs. | Packages not exceeding ?36 in value are, under normal circumstances, admitted free of charge |
Clothing is subject to a tax of 6-14% and then VAT of 17.5% :S
Jeebs, guess better keep parcels down to ?36 then! If you order several parcels, give each recipient a different name at your address or they count them as one.

I like the cog logo, would be more epicy with a skull and cables on it tho, it isn't copyrighted unless it is a direct copy... and imitation is fine.

I'll see what my skills are up to tommorow! - I quite like the simplicity of this one though.

I like overblown, complex designs, |
It really should come as no surprise that you have certain megalomanic tendencies.
The skull idea sounds nice. I might have a quick go at that later today. I like Storm's Cog as well.
Cheers!

Well, it is the most similar stuff to a purely epic thing we have seen so far (AM anyone?) so I think almost everybody agrees on that point. All hail the cog!
Now, if we could get a skull there I would be extremely happy. Titans, titans, titans....
Health and sixes,
Xavi

wow! Isn't it a little bit too realistic a skull?
I was thinking more along the lines of the stylized AM skull in the cog there.... This image is a little bit... disturbing.

Developing the idea a bit further. I thought adding the "Seismic" wave from the old logo would be kindda fitting. The Cogskull still needs a bit of improvement though.
Cheers!

Well done Mr WmN, like that one. Bizzarely I also like the simple brass plaque design heading these boards, can I have one like that? (I'm afraid I'm with the K.I.S.S. brigade)

Try adding 'inner bevel' to the edges of the cog Warmaster- it gives it depth and can highlight it nicely to get a metal look..... I'd like it more in black and white too...
Added a new logo with drop shadow onto the gear, which makes the text more distinct; http://uk.f1.pg.briefcase.yahoo.com/bc/ ... r=/Netepic [edit] and one with a skull on the gear- I rather like this one... ?
