You know Mojarn, since I lost to date about 100 pounds, I think I may actually surpass my own weight in epic minis. Now that I got a scale at home I will proceed to answer the question made by Tas on a thread isted long ago.

Hi!
I did it with a low carb diet in little under 8 months. Very effective.
I feel a lot better and sleep much better than before.
Its so easy to get over weight, we must learn to control it.

It's just that about everything which tastes good gets immediately transformed to fat.  Ok, I admit I'm not overweight but all my fat is concentrated in one place making me look a little... funny to put it kindly.
I miss the happy days about 10 or so years ago. I could eat anything without putting on weight. I guess my metabolism has slowed as nowadays I excercise more than back then...

Hi!
One thing I realized when dieting, you become aware on how much eating you d for the sake of eating. Heck we sometimes even eat when we have nothing to do (i.e bored). It took a lot of reconditioning, but I also realized that successful dieting that you need to change you habits to keep weight off.
Okay, enough "jenny craig" nonsense...
..back to epic stuff!
