Remember that there are two degrees of error in the translation, as you have added error when translating back into English. So, it is probably not quite as bad as it sounds.
Also, when you use these things, try to keep your sentences as literal as possible, without using expressions or anything ambiguous. Or find a French speaker... (there is something wonderfully sophisticated about French women, they have a certain something extra. But I dont like English women...)

Hi!
Darn, sounds like those translation engines are pretty tricky to use. Glad that spanish has a lot in common with Italian, French and Portuguese. Although the last one is the least similar.
