Chuck and I will be having a small E-A game today at his place in Downtown Sacramento. Anyone interested in attending should PM me or otherwise contact Chuck.

Everyone interested is invited.

I'll try to post an AAR later.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

I just got back from the game.

Chuck played a 2,700 point Space Marine army with a wide variety of pieces:
- Devastators with a Hunter
- Tactical SMs
- LR formation
- T-hawk with Assault MArines inside
- A flight of T-bolts
- Teleporting Termies
- And whatever else I forgot

I played a 2,700 point of Nids:
- Hierophant
- Dominatrix
- x3 Lictor
- x2 Genestealer Broods
- x34 Gaunts
- x16 Gargoyles
- x2 Raveners
- x2 Psychic Nids (forgot the name)
- x6 Artillary Nids (forgot the name) - Biovores
- And whatever else I forgot

We played E-A grand tournament rules and at the end of four turns, the Nids won pretty decisively. Better yet, both Chuck and I had a great time and enjoyed each other's company.

Chuck is writing up a better battle report and we hope to post it sometime tomorrow or Tuesday.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

Chuck's site is:

"Forgeworld Cerrus - 6mm Sci-fi Paper Terrain & Vehicles" - USA

He already has one battle report posted with a game he had with Eric-Chern from the board.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

Yes, nice maps and pics in the AAR! ?

And I like the size of the battle too, we play about that size or a little larger. Makes the players use tactics not just line up and shoot and run into the middle and go into close combat! :;):

Chuck and I were working through a draft of the battle report yesterday. We hope to have it ready later today or tomorrow.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

Thanks for the compliments.

There are digital photos that Chuck took, but they aren't up yet. I'll see what we can do.

Now there are pictures. GW should pay to people who put battlereports with pics to the WWW. I'm willing to bet they lure more people to the game than any kind of campaign the GW marketing trolls can drum up.

Brilliant report, just, as before, lacking in pics.
Now I just have to arrange for my BA's to go in and finish the job...
