As I was browsing the GW website, I came across this.
It's a Specialist Games catalogue! But thats not the bit that excites me....it says it includes part codes for the models. I can see a few conversions coming on...

Ooo.. excellent! Well spotted Chris; seems my ?2.00 Epic Catalogue was a waste of money, but if SG minis are going to be available as bitz, this looks like great news.. BFG available as bitz at last!

for the exact reason that it MAY contain part codes.
However, I wouldt get your hopes up too much. I certainly have no direct information on this one, but I have heard the MO guys (& seen it in type) refer to the codes that we see on all blisters (what I would call product codes) as "part codes".

Well I have 3 G/W US "Listings" (2000-'03) that have most of the old numbers but not all ! ? I like catalogues and would like to see any new stuff like the E:A Eldar that they mention ... ? But that's just me ! ?

I am afraid that I am with Tuff on this one. Gothic has not been in part codes for its entire existence, despite constant calls from players. I have heard the reason for not offering part codes on SG minis many times, and I dont think that this would be introduced unannounced like this. Forgot to mention this- had a look at a preview copy of the Catalogue last weekend- and no-go on bitz for Epic and BFG, as suspected...
-I might get it anyway as it has the full Necromunda range in, with everything available as components, including some bits which don't appear on the online store yet...
