UPDATE: I finished my first Cyclops, the Doom of Orks. Pics here. Unfortunately the focus is a bit off and I just noticed from the pics that the white primer is showing in a few places. I guess that's what you get when you paint at 1:00 AM .
Total skirmish force size: 4325 points (Net Epic)

Mr. murphy struck again (considering this diary, that is) as all but one of my recent online purchases arrived at once. Plus the local game store started to carry Warmachine. This means I now have: -The first eight Baby Blues scrapbooks -Ultimate Warzone -Warmachine -plus the latest WD to read. And I still have MAATAC and Critter Commandos in the pipeline. All this means I most likely won't get anything done for at least a week as I'll be spending my free time reading in an armchair.

Mojarn,
The army looks great and you inspire me to dig out my Squats after CONQUEST passes.
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

Hi!
I paint my squats that way too. Not particularly tactical, but they do look nice!

Yep. After painting a large amount of IG vehicles I needed something out of the ordinary. That's why I love Epic; you can have the most outlandish color schemes and they rarely look out of place. Unless you're playeing against L4, of course.
That said, I'd NEVER paint WWII troops the way I paint squats. Even though I'm sorely tempted to do a Pink Panther for my late war Germans there are some things even I won't do.

Hi!
No worries, I have sufficent IG to balance the pastel versus tactical equation!
