Well... They have the Landa, but there's no point in it, really. Everything on the list can get there by itself REALLY quickly, and the best deployment option (stormboyz) is not on the SF list.
I do think it's a decent list overall, but it could be improved.
Not like that will stop me from playing it...

On second thought, a landa full of skorchas would be cool. Even though you can only deploy 5cm, you could get all the skorchas and the landa into FF. That would be 10 4+ FF for the skorchas, plus whatever the landa has (2 @ 5+?) and 12 units is a decent size for outnumbering.
Stormboyz would still be better, though...

Stormboyz would still be better, though... | Light vehicles take up 2 transport slots (it says so on the landas data sheet), so you could only take 5 skorchas, and they come in formations of 8 .
I mentioned the same thing on the playtesting forums. I really prefered the KOS as a formation of 5 units rather than 8. It meant they could fit in landas, And the normal\big\'uge formations size was alot more flexible at 5\10\15 than it is with 8\16\24. (can't ever see myself using a 'uge KOS with 24 models).
BTW, landas have 3DC and FF 4+.
You could fill a landa with a blitzbrigade of 5 deth koptas, but its not that great (5x FF 5+ attacks, you could do better with an ork warband).
I think the speed freak warband needs to have the trukks as an upgrade rather than standard, so they can use landas, battlefortresses or gunfotresses.

Well, as you can tell, I don't use Landaz a lot...
I'm not nearly as jazzed up about the list as I was, although it is nice to have an alternative.
Jervis has added a bike upgrade for standard Nobz stands and an Outrider bikerz formation (although I think the points are broken).

Don't worry, Jervis has increased the points cost of the outriders formations now

Well, there's a pic of the Revenant up on the SG website, and the 1.0 Ulthw? list is up along with an update for the Black Legion, Feral Orks, and Biel-Tann.
Revenant's pretty strange - looks like a cross between a Dire Avenger, a unit from Evangelion, a bit of Dark Eldar, and some Jedi style posing, with just a hint of the previous Revenant thrown in.

I think the new Revenant requires some time to getting used to. Looks like a nice detailed model but the pose is just so fundamentally different from the previous versions that it will probablt recieve quite a bit of flaming to begin with. I think I like it though...
Cheers!

I like it - but I'd like it better if WH40K didn't exist - in particular, Wraitghuard.
Ok, I'm being unclear : it looks a lot like a WH40k figure used in an Epic game, a bit like an Exarch, or a Wraithguard with a new set of weapons. It's a nice model, but looks a bit out of place: I think it's the head - it looks too WH40K-scale.
