Cool idea on the camo but right now the one on the building just looks unpainted :/
Perhaps keep the concrete gray on the front but blend on the far parts, especially that led by tail, some red? That way it looks like it's mid transform.
Yeah, I think you might be right, but I really wanted to show how well the lictors can camuflage, and even if it looks unpainted (and it could be) i've reallu done the carapace like all the others, black, grey and almost white lines on them, because I wanted the skin to be able to transform, but not the carapace.
The next ones will never be all gray, and will have at least som part painted with an other color, because I don't want it to look as if it is unpainted xD

I reckon the one behind the red bush should have some of the grey plates on just its lower half turn red too.
As I say just above, I wanted the skin to change color, but not the carapace... it just makes more logic to me that the "bone" can't change colors (yeah... logic to a bunch of giant alien monsters xD)

A cool pose could be a marine being very casual, unaware of a lictor directly behind him posed about to strike. Or maybe even a marine posed looking through some binoculars as though looking around for it, while it's still managed to get immediately behind him. Helps emphasise the stealth.
So you'd put it standing right behind it? or being up something like a wall and looking at the marine from above?

Nice to see the biotitan I sold you painted up

Yeah man, I've really enjoyed doing it!

I really hope you like how it ended up looking! XD
