I brought a very air heavy ork list with 2 landas full of Warbands as my main strike force.
My first match was against MikeT:s Tzeench worshipping Black legion. I lost with 4-1 (T&H, BTS, DtF and Blitz against BTS i think). God damn thoose daemons where nasty! I really enjoyed the game though because Mike was supernice guy and i learned alot.

Second game was against a very similar ork air assault list governed by Jacob from Denmark. A last activation saw his Stormboyz form a congaline andclaim 5 objectives.... I lost with 3-1 (DtF, TSNP and T&H against BTS).

Third game was against Sascha from Germany and his Speed Freaks. This game was really, really close abd very fun! The last two activations saw me go from winning with 2-1 to losing with 2-1 (Blitz and BTS against T&H).

At Sunday evening I took my EpicUK Knights out for a spin against MikeT:s Black Legion list again. This time i lost 3-0 in Turn 3 but got lots of good advice from Mike.

I will now let my Orks rest for a year and focus on Codex Marines and EpicUK Dark Eldar.

@partisan_nick, what was wrong with the burger? Hopefully it wasn't that they hadn't cooked the vegan enough!

Can anyone comment on what they would do differently in their list? Things that worked, and things that didn't work out so well?

Dark eldar!

What kind of list style are you looking at? Everything off board and coming on? Wych coven? All ravages all the time?

I was sorry I couldn't participate the whole weekend, but it was great to see the armies and to get to play a friendly game on the sunday.

I might be able to participate next year though So who will have the event then? Was it decided at the event like last year in the UK when Sweden got the responsibility?

I assume Denmark, France and Norway (at least half a team) being countries that have participated should have a chance to say if they'd like to host it before others. Maybe this is a bit early, but it's probably good for the different countries to start thinking about wether to take on the responsibility.
Any country that has already considered it?
