Just been sent the following:

We got a problem with parking on Saturday.

The end of Linby Lane, where it meets Station Street, has been completely blocked by roadworks, as has the Station Inn's own parking. You can't get to the Station Inn at all by car from the south.

The locals say the best places to park are either:

- if approaching from the west or south, the Park'n'Ride on Ashgate Road, offset-opposite Linby (entrance is next to the Kennelgate pet food place, opposite the Tesco building).

- if approaching from the north, the Leisure Centre on Linby Lane. I usually park on Linby or one of the residential streets if I can't get onto the Station Inn car park (when Linby isn't blocked like this, of course).

I'm told both are free parking.

Can you pass this out to the people coming, pleases.

I've gone for an infantry heavy vanilla guard list this time, trying to get a successful guard list without the Tank Co. crutch

My orks got beaten 3-1 by dptdexys last night so I'm off to a good start!
