18-14 for nids versus titans. Bloodiest game either of us have ever had too.

No, 2 dead reavers and 2 dead warhounds. I lost 2 harridan formations, the nest swarm, half of the trygon formations and about 70% of my gants. He had 1,100 points left, I had around 1,420 left. Brutal.

After an admittedly very late start, which included Chris very sportingly repositioning my initial terminator teleport (as I had forgotten the range of his artillery OW), Chris and I fought a very tense game. His central formations destroyed my planetfalling Devastator and mauled my Terminators (which I managed to extract by THawk). My bikes (transported by THawk) gained the LH T&H objective by destroying two defending formations, while and I played cat-and-mouse with the centrally placed Great Gargant and sniped at his other formations.

The game ended at the start of turn three where my BTS Devastators supported by a Warhound, assaulted an intermingled swarm of three Blitz brigades and the remnants of a Warband. The assault lasted two rounds but I eventually won at the cost of a broken BTS. My other Warhound then successfully assaulted the remnants of a warband that was guarding his Blitz.

At this point we agreed that I would lose my BTS to his Great Gargant, but had gained Blitz and T&H and could contest any objectives held by Chris, so 2-1 to me.

A good result for Team Humanity means its very close again. Need to know the Luke / Les result... oops it's already included - winning draw for Les it seems. So it's pretty much neck and neck after updating for Gavin and Chris' result

I think it was a draw in the Dark Angels favour. So team evil are back in the lead but by a mere 4 points! So close!

Incredible how tight this has been considering we made no effort to balance the sides based on player experience or army lists

yeah and there is a wide variety - Les and Jahan on our side had played less than 5 games each before this started

One game tonight, my sneaky eldar sneakily sneaked a 2-0 on turn 3 (tsnp & dtf) against Alan's AMTL. All of Alan's titans combined to kill 2 scout units. However a single thunderbolt shot down a vampire full of aspects! So amtl armies should all be thunderbolts. :-) the result gives team evil a bit of a cushion but only 30 points or so.

That thunderbolt pilot has just been decorated and he's painted a vampire on the side of his aircraft.
The chief strategist for that battle however has been shot.
