I'll continue the twin traditions from last year - writing down my predictions and annoying the swedes! Here goes:

Sweden is clearly going winless this tournament, seeing as I'm not in it. Most of their wins last year was fueled by righteous indignation because I picked them for last place!

Team UK should be an even bigger favorite this year, but it will be interesting to see how Germany and France stacks up against UK North/South. Germany should field a stronger team this year now that Christopher could be bothered to qualify for the team (he was second best german last year, but played for glorious Norfinger). France is a complete enigma for me. Never played any of them, never seen much tournament reports.

Looking at UK North, they have three very experienced tournament players, but they're experienced at winning about as many games as they lose (the difference is glaring if you compare the stats for Team UK vs UK North). Having played around a hundred tournament games counts for a lot, but last year the best non-brits could hang with Team UK. UK South is, from the EUK stat page, another step down. Is this the team that Team Viking can beat?

I'd expect there to be three tiers in this tournament, tier 1 is Team UK, tier 2 is Germany, France and UK North and tier 3 is Sweden and UK South. Unlike Germany and UK Team Viking is almost completely redone, so they may surprise me. France is incapable of surprising me, because I got no clue about them! Here's my list:

1. Team UK
2. Germany
3. UK North
4. France
5. UK South
6. Sweden
