Much much better. I almost post on the first pic, but I trust you design skills to polish the model. I would like to see a big chin mounted double gun maybe. Not sure if it fits with the design aesthetic. What's the plan for the underside?

Also you need more panel lines. Nothing says future more than the inability to weld metal together properly...

Yeah, this is starting to get there now. Maybe the engines could have a slightly lower profile? Something to experiment with at least.

TMP is already blazing about this, and mostly in the direction of "tattling" to GW. But then, it seems at times to attract the fanboys :)

However, I do have some suggestions for you Dan, mostly practical but for that issue as well.

1. As I have said before, always dislike the 'upper cockpit' look on both Manta and this. A simple bulge would look nicer to my eye anyway.

2. I preferred the earlier gun mounts in the winglets, but not a great fan *of* the winglets themselves. How about removing the winglets at the tips, and mounting them underneath? Or even having underslung railguns, in addition to the current mounts?

3. The leading edge guns/missiles(?) seem a bit "busy" to me, given the ones on the upper surface under the multibarrel turrets. Maybe have those in nacelles on the underside?

Just my own thoughts on the aesthetic.

Thanks! I usually try to avoid TMP like the plague, but sometimes going in and reading the butthurt is entertaining.
