Yeah, the problem is that if I can I want to keep 40 in the title.

I mean, "40 hammers" could work, but I guess I need 40 in the title more than I need hammers.

The reason I want it in is that players each get 40 points to spend on models, and they also get 40 life points(the player has separate life from their models).

But if it's satire, isn't that covered by parody laws, at least in the US?

@ Todderman I'm international(EU) and I move around a lot so I want to be protected wherever I am. If I end up with a playable game it could be argued it isn't satire, so I think I'll stick to the safer names, even though I personally doubt I'd loose a case, I just know i can't afford a case.

zombocom, can I use that without any legal issue? It's amazing. I'm fairly certain I want that to be the name. Even if I end up with 40 battlemallets, it is fantastic!

It helps that the image I mocked up is, on closer reflection, a mallet not a hammer.
