No casualty removal means that you do not remove individual models from a unit as it takes damage. Warhammer Fantasy is an example of a game that uses casualty removal.

Not having casualty removal streamlines play with the added bonus of allowing you to be more creative with your unit creation and basing options. It also means that your nicely painted minis stick around for as long as the unit survives. ;D

Mayhem is a great game. We love it. It's nice that my 15mm multi fig stands get to stay on the table instead of pulling troops. And the expansion was welcomed and needed. Highly recommended.
