much better
I'd still like to see a more horned aesthetic for the headress (or, if you're trying to keep them more distinct from the demonic dudes, maybe no vane at all) but I can see that may be problematic at 6mm scale

A quick sketch of what I have in mind -

The front is a solid crew compartment, with an open deck behind extending down the length of the craft. The main sail is stretched over the main mast, and extends off both sides to small "wings" extending off both sides that end in rudders much like the gargoyles wings.

Damed good start on the transport craft.

The main sail extending both sides gives the impression of a tarpaulin cover/weather shield more than a sail, IMHO.
