I'm looking to create homebrew stats for the Dark Angels fighters from the recent 40K Codex, I've had a look at the rules but one problem is that I don't play 40K so I'm unsure of what the weapon stats actually mean and so how to best represent them. I'm also looking to make them a balanced addition to my lists, so it'd be a great help if anyone could look at these and tell me if they're OK/OP and decently represent what the fighters are supposed to be able to do.
Okay, first is the Nephilim:

I'm not 100% sure on how the movement, save and CAF should stack up to other fliers, I went with what the Thunderbolt has as it seemed nice and middling. In the codex the missles are suppsosed to be used on enemy aircraft and light vehicles so a -1 seemed appropriate, maybe they should also be listed as AA weapons (if fliers need that). The 4+ on the main weapons might be a bit much.
Then the oddly-armed Dark Talon

I'm not sure what the rift cannon is supposed to be, but it supposedly has 'blast' in 40k so I guess it should use a template. It's also supposed to blind people, no idea how to represent that without getting overly fiddly.
The stasis bomb is obviously a bit of an issue, it's supposed to slow down the enemy (not in terms of movement, but of initiative). I figured this into messing with Orders, but this might be a bit OP if you get your timing right, so perhaps it should be some sort of CAF penalty instead? In 40K it looks like a serious penalty, so maybe -3 CAF? Just noticed it's quite low Strength in 40K so should probably be 0 TSM.
As for unit cards, ideally I'd be looking at 3 to a squadron, but annoyingly the Forgeworld fighters I'll be using to proxy (Lightning Strikes) come in 2s so I might make them 2 to a squadron each, maybe for 200pts per squadron. This makes them pricier per squadron than Thunderbolts.
Anyway, C&C welcome, thanks!
