Your Lord of Battles is coming along beautifully! After spending a week on painting my one recently, seeing this makes me want to weep - in admiration AND envy!

Done at last, 'warhounds' complete. The fly in the ointment was reading the updated BL list after I finished them, which throws my WE numbers off a bit. Anyway, I can now run my WE as BL pretty well I think, using the mining laser platforms from the chaos squats as decimators and the LoBs are warhounds.

First 8 rhinos, 4 of which are exceedingly lazy attempts at vehicle chaosification. As can be seen in the last pic the chain isn't painted, just wrapped around in an approximate khorne pattern. Ideally these need a bit of bone colour added somewhere to match the rest of the army. Cheers for the death rollers elsemore :)

Where's the smiley for "speechless"? No words can do this excellent work the justice is deserves. I appreciate it all the more for having had a stab at it myself recently. At some point I'll see if I can do better with my Lord of Battles #2...

Spikes idea from Llamahead's TOEG log here http://www.taccmd.tacticalwargames.net/ ... 19&t=24536
The spikes are the top bits of OO gauge model railway spearlink fence, one fence sub-section is exactly the right side to do one side of an old plastic rhino :)

Wow those LoB are stunning!
Muzzle replacement looks great, not too sure about the rat head one but that first one looks like a good improvement.

Working on some Doomwheels?

Thanks for the fast responses, just thought I'd get some other opinions before i went too hacksaw-happy. A mix of muzzles blu-tacked on:

Those heads certainly improve those old cannons, what a difference.
