Finished this beauty today, got a few of these out of production awesome true scale reaver titans along with some warhounds quite sometime ago and finally got one painted.

This one is for my Vraks forces so Legio Astorum is the scheme. Praetorian the commanders personal machine.
The blue looks a bit bright in the pics due to the flash and the model still needs varnishing when some suitable weather arrives. I believe somebody else here did some of these in the same scheme sometime ago, so nothing new. I'm fairly happy with the end result on what was a very time consuming model to do.

Hey thanks kyussinchains, it was a bit of a challenge with the heraldry this one, i have two warhounds almost painted to join this guy soon. And a few more guard tanks to post when i can get them varnished.

That is a great-looking model. Really nice weathering effects on the feet and the knee joints. Will the Warhounds be painted in the same scheme?

fredmans, yes the warhounds will be in the same scheme.

Nitpick to which post due you refer?
The heraldry was a pig, i did a lot of touch up work on them and almost gave up, but got them how i wanted in the end.

Sorry about the delayed reply, i can get online at work but i am not able to log-in due to security issues. So i have to wait until i get home to respond.

Attended the local clubs convention yesterday. I was looking through several boxes of epic items in the bring and buy section looking for rare models when to my utter amazement i came across a treasure trove of the late great much lamented otterforge items which i never expected to see again.

So i blitzed most of my available funds grabbing what i could, pic below. ;D I also got some of AB's lovely shanty town buildings, i like e'm. Cool stuff.

On the painting front i've almost finished my warhounds so pics soon.

there's a big 'indoor car boot' at maunsfield today, but I can't go..... hopefully you've had all the good luck epic-wise this weekend and I won't be missing out on a bunch of rare stuff for peanuts!!

Thanks Nitpick, i have been lucky finding these i must admit. :)

Hey kyussinchains, i was suprised how much epic stuff was on offer, more than i've seem in a long time. Most items came reasonable priced. There were lots of plastic guard and chaos infantry in bags and on sprues and some nicely painted armies too. I did go hopeing to get some epic goodies mainly more guard tanks and the like but when i saw these me and my mate sort of went berserk and grabbed what we could.

I ran out of money before i ran out of things to get, even had to abandon some more gorgons and the odd defiler. :(
