Have you got an email for the Fenris guys, not getting a response to the online form. Cheers.

Hi Ian and welcome to the forum. I've bought a load of bases from you in the past and will be in contact soon about getting some more custom sizes cut. I really like the two part base idea for infantry, can you do the same for other shaped stands too. I especially need some large round bases for my new titans at the moment. Expect an email sometime soon.

Cheers

I can cut you pretty much anything you like within the limits of our machine's bed size (730 x 430mm) and from a range of materials (ply, acrylic, card, etc). I've got a 12" chamfered resin base designed for Titans that's been WIP on my desk for about two years, but any size/shape is simple enough....

Welcome aboard Ian.
Bases work really well. Will be in touch for some more in the future.

Brilliant!
Another fine example of how the community creates demand and someone steps in with a quality solution!

Kudos to Mattman :)

Cheers Gonzo.

Always willing to support a local company, especially one so easy to talk to and work with.

Question is now, do I do all my titans on similar depth bases to create a coherent looking force?

I actually adore those bases, and have just bought a bundle for my own :P you have doomed me to the effort of having to cut each marine off the base at the foot, and moving each and every one onto a new base, so that things match.

You glorious prick. Seriously, the staggered placement adds so much to them, it's perfect and a brilliant idea. i just wish i'd found it before i started working. ;)

Imho definitely yes!

Will you base your tanks?

Obviously the metal titans would be easy to rebase. My 8 beetleback warlords would have to be cut off their old plastic bases though. And then there are the Knights!!!

Not sure about the tanks, I haven't always been a fan of basing them, especially the FoW ones as I think they stand to high. But putting them on similar 1.5mm ply bases might be okay. Will have to look into it.
I suppose though, if I have started with this method, I should carry it forward onto everything. :-\

I've just added 25mm diameter (point-to-point) hex versions of the same trays to the webshop in response to enquiries from you guys....
