McD's on the way into Mansfield depending on your route. Or a supermarket not far from the Indian restaurant if you've been to that before?

Yea, I have a habit of getting us there about 08:00, before any other soul is about and regretting 'leaving in plenty of time in case of accidents....'

I've lifted this from the Epic-UK rules pack, not aimed at anyone but please remember it's in the rules pack ;)

Quote:
Remember there is a sequence of play (and a chart is provided in the rulebook). Should you forget to do something - tough, it is your fault. Do not use the “puppy dog eyes” tactic and try to make your opponent feel guilty, this is unfair. Accept your mistake and get on with the game

The first line of your post came up in my preview, and I was expecting it to be a 'remember to bring a copy of your army list' hint, aimed at me...!!

:D

No, if I'd posted that it would have been aimed squarely at Rug :D

Can we play the birthday rule? My birthday isn't next Wednesday, I swear.

Hehe, this is always a good one for me at Britcon, as my birthday is generally either during the event or just after ;)

Why not bring a camping stove and prepare one in the car on your way?

Don't give him ideas! my wife has to use the car the following day, and I just KNOW how it will end up if we're knocking up a fry up in the car while doing 80mph on the M5.....!

;-)
