Hey guys
Really quick question: Can an army use the Supreme Commander on a character that is waiting to be teleported onto the battlefield?
Similar Follow ups: What if he's waiting in a spaceship? Off table in a transport, or assigned to a wraithgate?

It can, but until he's on the tabletop his re-roll can only be used for rolls that affect himself, for example activating a space ship he's riding in, or activating an aircraft he's transported in, etc.
