What a way to pop my tournament cherry! Fantastic atmosphere and three games of my favourite wargame

thanks to the organisers for doing all the dirty work, will guarantee I'll be making my way to more in the future - likely to be only the 1 day events due to young family commitments and all that jazz, maybe one day I'll be let off the leash for a stop over and a 2 day event but we'll see

Thanks for another great event chaps. Lovely to meet Erin finally after months of years of knowing him through Twitter. Gary - you showed me Orks were a force I never thought they could be - though I had the satisfaction of crushing your Warboss under the wheels of my Lord of Battles. And Darren - making my Lord of Battles slink and hide the entire game. Three great games.
This! Thanks for the game, 'twas great to meet, chew the fat about terrain and set the world to rights on the issue of scale! It was also fantastic to meet some new people, get a chance to talk and play epic for an entire day. All in all a great experience!
...and the drive back home with Dave and Gary was pretty memorable too

(the horror of thinking "oh hey services in 15 miles! not far before we can have a pee stop!... wait, we're averaging 20mph... errrr
bugger" shall never be forgotten)

Sorry I can't remember which army belongs to which player guys - let me know if you'd like your name added to your (blurry) army shot above.
Cheers

This'd be my codex marines, 'wannabe blood angels sometime down the line' army

thanks for taking pics, utterly forgot to take any myself barring a few in my 3rd game!
