Evening all,

following a tradition, I'll post my list ahead of Saturday.

Good to see lots of new players attending this year... so I apologies upfront for my army.


Dark Angels

1 Landing Craft
2 Landing Craft
3 Thunderhawk
4 Strike Cruiser
5 Terminator + SupCmd (350+100)
6 Terminator
7 Landraider
8 Vindicator + 2 Hunter (250+125)
9 Devastator + 2 Dreadnought (275+100)

At least it's a very themed list.

Apologies for not having been able to apply for tickets. Had 3 operations in 6 weeks either side of new year and hobby stuff took a back seat. My friend dean was depending on me for lift so he had to pull out as well.

However I now we are both keen to get down sometime with better circumstances. So please don't let our joint no-show put you off that Introductory Offer idea- it is a good incentive for us newcomers.

Sounds like you have a good number of people attending so hope you all have a great time.

Almost done with my painting, just the unit of bikers that can't be considered complete... then everything needs basing. The one bit I've been putting off forever and ever. sob.

Well as they offer a tournament attendee discount it would be rude not to take advantage ;)

15% off rrp is the norm..so generally 5% cheaper than their web price.

Anyway, what are we to bring (besides the army, dice, markers, templates, rulers)

In particular, I am wondering what documentation we should bring along.

I assume an army list - but how many copies.
Also the army codex - how many copies (I imagine 2)
Any other documentation?

You need at least one copy of your army to show to your opponent before each game, more if you want to leave one with each opponent or feel it likely you'll loose one!

The quick ref sheet for you chosen army should suffice. The TO will have access to all the codexes. Copy of the rules wouldn't hurt either. :)
