Still looking for the technical term -- pointillism gets close, but at least per Wikipedia is really directed at color. But I remember an art-class exercise in which we were not allowed to draw lines -- any 'outlines' had to be formed by shading, not a distinct drawn line.

That ain't no tunnel made by a Hellbore. That there is a mineshaft entrance (see the new Pit Head special rule on the Squats).
