They both look a lot better with the additional detail on the hive towers!

I think it would help with more detail in the foreground too, especially on the genestealer pic. It looks artificially empty. The Carnifex picture doesn't look bad, but could be helped by a few more details.

Yeah, there definitely needs to be something more in the foreground of the GS pic, it's much too empty.

Can you do something about the pose of the Genestealers in centre right- they look as if they are dancing. The new one added to left looked suitably menacing.

Maybe more terrain so it looks as if the Genestealers are hugging terrain to avoid being seen.

It looks like it can be a very cool picture! Maybe you can find some clip art or the equivalent for shrubbery and some boulders?

It's a brilliant start though. I liked the foreground nids in both pictures and i loved the backdrop of hive city in both pictures. So it is only the middle that needs more detailing.
