...its a plot by the secret Squat Freemasons to keep it out of the Australian Homeworlds...

Damn, I wish I could go, but do to a lack of a painted force, and transportation, I guess I will wait until the next time, hopefully I will have a painted force by then, and be able to drive!
Cheers
Chris

Well I'm sure we'll all be interested in how things turn out ! What works, what does not, any gremlins, glitches or pots of gold, etc., etc.

Quote (Mojarn Piett @ 08 2004 Jan.,11:27) | And it has to be in Nottingham. I mean, just because their HQ happens to be there. Why don't they pack it all up and fly to Finland so _I_ could attend? Is that so much to ask? ?Grumble, grumble, it's no doubt all the Eldars fault, grumble... ? ? | Hrrmphh, if it were the Eldar it would be held in Malta - I'm building up Craftworld's army, after all.

Just got back from the Dry Run Tournament (in fact no, add an hour to this pist, back now makes it impossible for me to have stuck to the speed limits... .....)
I Was too late arriving & couldnt actually enter the tournie, but still a good day & worth 350 or so miles driving
As usual, I went armed with camera so I'll get some shots up ASAP (probably wednesday).
Having now had a close look at the new rulebook ( ) I also should point out that the extra stuff I previously mentioned might be in ther isnt - it is pretty much just the PDFs.
Great to meet a lot of the people from the playtesters forum & put faces to Names at last (Nice bike mate... ). It always makes me laugh when I get "What, THE TuffSkull?"...... & my head never stops swelling
Anyway, the guy who won best army puts me to shame - He only Started work on the force in the 2nd week of december! OK so he had a week off work & did little else aparently, but it was an awesome army (each piece had a hugely modelled urban base & the whole army fitted together to produce a full town square!)
Nice to see a lot of names I know from the Epic List, Epic40k.com & here in the named credits of the book - we obviously have the best of the best in our community!
As I say - Pics to come ASAP, for the moment - thanks to all involved!

Your presence was missed - Not least because I was very proud of myself for remembering to take your i-Kore stuff with me & then bringing them home again! I swear they're doomed to never make it......
Get well soon mate!

I swear, it's EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Every time I begin to feel like I'm approaching the edge, someone comes out with something like this. I can only imagine how awesome this looked.
I'm already salivating for pics, Tuff.

I sure hope you got some good photos of that winnner army Tuff. It sounds amazing! It's nice for us "furriners" to have someone present where the action is with a camera! Looking forward to the pics
Cheers!
