Hello
I don't like the "rounded" look of the old style Titans and would like to build a AMTL force purely from "blocky" titans. I have some Forgeworld Warhounds and current (Mk3) Warlords. The only "blocky" Reaver seems to be the Forgeworld one. Those three chassis give me a consistent look for the bodies but I am stuck with weapon options. I am thinking about converting some of the old style weapons to fit the new models. This leads a few questions:
1. The new Warlord has a multi-barrel and big barrel gun. Are those a Gatling Gun and Volcano Cannon? 2. The FW Reaver has a Gatling Gun and Volcano Cannon (though they look slightly different than the Warlord weapons). Are there other new style weapons available somewhere? 3. I can make more "arm mounted" weapons from the old style pieces but how does one modify the generic weapon batteries on the Warlord should mounts? 4. Any idea how to get a magnetised carapace landing platform onto the new style Warlord (replacing a shoulder battery presumably)? 5. Would it be viable to place the platform onto the middle of the carapace and leave the two batteries in place (counting it as a single weapon if the landing platform is attached)? 6. What are common weapon configurations for AMTL? I am thinking a Warlord with 2 Quake Cannon, Landing Platform and something else. What is common for Reavers? 7. Are there some weapons types that one just never sees on a Warlord (even if allowed)? I am trying to reduce the magnetising options. 8. Are the FW Warhounds with Vulcan Megabolter and Plasma Blastgun still available (or just the weapons)?

1. that would be correct. 2. The only others I know of would be the small and medium walking robot for proxies. They are a farily good size to fit on a reaver or Warlord although a hair too large for the carapace weapons on the warlord I think.
3. either mount things like plasma cannons the same way as the TLD shoulder mount or build facing plates to treat them as enclosed missle batteries.
4. I'd probably put a magnet on top of the shoulder disguising it as the hatch and then build a landing pad on top of the shoulder and wrapping to the back. Personally I'd leave the CLP for things like Reavers where it seems to fit more naturally.
5. I wouldn't do that as the middle of the Warlord carapace seems to be some kind of exhaust or heat sink bit.
6-7 too much to cover here right now.
8. They are but you have to call often to get them before stocks sell out.
