While the LR upgrade is taken word for word, the Razorbacks upgrade has been improved to explain that it is e 'replacement' for Rhinos and the transport wording is slanted towards Rhinos etc - hence the slight confusion.
Now, while I am happy with the 'original' ruling - that LR is a 'transport' upgrade - I think there is definitely room for compromise to make LRs more attractive. So perhaps we can discuss options elsewhere.

All lists are in and checked, we have 5 Codex SM, 2 Steel Legion, 2 Biel tan and 1 each of Death Guard, Thousand sons, Vanaheim ,Orks, Tau, Black Legion and LatD.
As OW has moved to maelstrom they have no 6mm terrain. Epic Uk have neough terrain to fill the majority of tables but could players bring terrain if possible to ensure a good amount of terrain on every table
