Of course, the number I have is a cell phone number! I have met him and he is a decent guy. I don't think he is trying to "job" (cheat) you, but that he is just a little flakey and the trade has been forgotten. He appeared to be more than a little absent-minded when I met him. I know you swore off of the "War experts" thread but, if you change your mind, I posted a reply to you and I would really like to know what your point was. He's probably very distracted by his personal urban (or suburban?) renewal project so he's bound to be even more absent minded than usual. Still, I've waited for 5 months now... I think it is better for me to at least take a break. Nowadays I tend to avoid threads which probably will turn emotional; one of my many character flaws is a short fuse (combined with stubbornness) and I might say things I don't actually want to.  That and the fact I'm somewhat depressed at the moment make me reluctant to pick it up again. _________________ I don't know and I let who care. -J.S.

Mojarn, You told me so before, and since YOU are obviously very decent guy I'm inclined to believe you. ? I also still have one of his books so I will need to make a trip back to see him sometimne in the near future. I tell you what if I make it by his house, I'll get your package and mail it MYSELF! If it makes you any better, I reminded him about sending your package when I visited him last. I even tried him to get by the post office with me so I could mail a package and he could at the same time. My ploy didn't work. I did end up with mine though. That's too long. I'll see what I can do and drop him a line.

I tedn to be cold, patient and analytical to the opposite extreme as the one you described.

If there's anything I can do to help you out while you're down, please let me know. I think a phone call to Finland would be well worth the investment if it would help you get out of your funk.
