I think that's the central octagonal piece with vision slits that fit in the centre sloton the Enforcer. It isn't needed on the Elektra since the gun fits that slot as well as the main turret slot. However it might be usefull for converters.

I have a hunch it might be a typo though: The blister I was sent to paint up didn't have this component included.

Yeah the bunker slot is taken up by the elektra turret. I really love the result. Different from the enforcer in a subtle way. Really want a squad for the gdr. But alas we dont have enough in stock yet for me to take a pack for myself :-(.

Soon they will be mine.
