BL: Having Plasma Cannons with a lower AT stat than plasma guns isn't a viable option, and nor is changing plasma guns.

Keep it simple, one change to 30cm AP5+/AT5+. This also keeps the 40k connection of having the same weapon stats just longer ranged.

Well. Power wise it should be roughly the same as AT targets are juicier :)

Longer ranged and with a blast template.

I'd figured Plasma Cannon should be AP4+/AT5+, myself. Same AT as a PG, the somewhat improved anti-infantry capabilities the larger shot offers.

If people want to change Plasma Guns to AT6+, I'm game as well, mind.

The problem is that's a definite boost from the current version, whereas AP5+/AT5+ is about the same in power level, so wouldn't need points adjustments.
