See, now I want to make a supplement about tyranids invading a hive world, just so I can use the pun-title Epic: Hive.

I support this 110%!

I'm liking Epic: God-Machines. Short, snappy. In two words it summaries exactly what the supplement is really about, and fits both the Titans and Gargants.

I think EPIC-GOD MACHINES will probably be it, even though it does break from the one word titles that have been used so far.

If you hyphenate it, you could keep it as one word. ;D Epic: God-machines.

It looks like naming this book is all over the place. I still think and would hope for a one word titile to try and some form of consistency. My vote still is:

Epic: Mechanicum
Epic: Titans

Also I agree that Armageddon shouldn't be the planet. If your making a new supplement then make one and don't be lazy and just convert 40k to Epic.

As for what type of planet is should and why Orks and AM are fighting....

BL story arc of a planet being that last stop before a FW could work but I much rather see a Mining, Agi, or Forgeworld being attack. Maybe a new FW that is still in development? A large amount of Tech to build up the planet, defense are ready yet, Titans and Knights moving in while a SM chapter is there to protect or re-fuel?

I was under the Impression that AM was the focus rather then Orks? As you can and will see many more Ork lists in other supplements but you most likely not see the AM in another one. Orks were just general Xenos Enemy A and Eldar Titans would be Xenos B and so on...

EPIC: GODMACHINES wouldn't be the first two-word suplmenent name. SWORD-WIND already is :)

I do too. And if you're looking for an Imperial vs Ork setting you have it right there. There are plenty armies on Armageddon which don't yet have lists. In other words, Epic Armageddon is unfinished. Sadly however, there is no mention of knights.

But probably the real reason why it shouldn't be set there is that this is fan produced, and folk would be rightly fearful of messing with a GW world.

I think Titans and Gargants have equal footing. Much as orks, guard and marines had equal status in Armageddon

In Swordwind the Eldar was the main reason for that book

Indeed, although the Ad-Mech are obviously the new faction, I'd like to give the Orks equal billing as they're getting a lot of new lists.

So "EPIC: GODMACHINES - Battle for Achilles-Quag" fits the bill perfectly :)

How about we stop worrying about the title and start worrying about content? The title should flow naturally from that.

Knights (Probably)
Attillan Imperial Guard
Generic (Steel Legion style) Imperial Guard (No new list required but they're in the story)

Generic Waaagh! (With some new units from 40k, but without Gargants)
Albert Orkstein's Gargant Bigmob
Speed Freaks
Sun-Tzork's Grotling Horde!!
Blood Axe Clan

POSSIBLE LISTS:
A variant Marine list?
More variant Ork lists?

A new Imperial Guard armylist or just for fluff? Still there are a pletora of unused tanks and super-heavy tanks who are waiting for an appearance in Epic.
